INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE FILLING OF COLLEGE PREFERENCES
1. For online filling of college preferences, Academic Arrangement Web portal will open on 31-07-2018 at 10.30AM. Further, all the candidates irrespective of their serial number in the merit list are required to fill college preferences.

2. A video showing step by step demonstration of the method of online filling of college preferences has been uploaded on the web portal.

3. All the candidates in their own interest are advised to see this video before filling of college preferences.

4. For filling of college preferences, candidate shall have to login at academic arrangement web portal using application number and date of birth and in addition to this the candidate shall have to fill OTP which will be sent to his primary (first) registered mobile number .

 5. In case a candidate receives no OTP he/she can contact helpdesk e-mail mentioned in the web portal.

6. Last date for on-line filing of college preferences is 02-08-2018 up-to Midnight

7. The candidate will have to fill all the choices including NOT INTERESTED OPTION if any, only then on-line choice filling will be successful. Also before pressing submit button, a candidate is required to check the order of their preferences and amend the same if they want.

8. Once a candidate presses submit button, college preferences opted by him will be locked and no change in this regard can be made later on. Also candidate is advised to take a printout of college preferences filled by him/her for record and reference.

9. If a candidate fails to submit college preferences within the stipulated period, it will be assumed that the candidate is not interested in joining on academic arrangement and his candidature will be rejected.

10. After expiry of last date of submission of preferences, online allocation of the colleges will be done and SMS/E-mail will be sent to the successful candidates. The candidates can download their engagement order from their registered e-mail, the same will also be sent to the concerned Principal and the candidate will have to join the allotted college within the period mention in the order failing which his/her candidature will be cancelled.

 11. After completion of the first round of on-line allocation of colleges. The candidates in the waiting panel will be adjusted against the vacancy positions, which arise due to non- joining of the selected candidates within the stipulated period. As a policy matter there will be no shifting of already engaged candidates to these vacant positions during session2018-19

12. At the time of joining, candidate will have to produce all original documents before the concerned Principal for verification and also they are required to submit written undertaking duly signed by the candidate as per Performa uploaded on the website.
